At peak output, the team produces over 50 content pieces per year. My role was to build and maintain the design system that makes all of it look like it came from the same place.
The three guides shown here represent the full content marketing workflow — from research brief through PDF, email distribution, and supporting social assets. Each required its own visual direction while staying on-brand: the AI & Authenticity paper needed a forward-looking tech feel, the Loyalty paper needed warmth, and the Retail Media paper needed data credibility. Different moods. One cohesive system.
